LEADING SKYLARK INTO A NEW ERA
Since getting involved with Skylark in 2009, we have built close-knit ties to you (our diners) and the community. Skylark has always been more than a diner, a place for celebration and festivities. And now, we are excited to announce that Skylark will be evolving into something even better!
With the same warm and approachable hospitality, Skylark will begin to feature better ingredients in the same scratch-made dishes that you love. Grass fed meat and dairy, pastured eggs, and most importantly, seed oil free. This switch to better ingredients will help you feel at your best, which is incredibly important to us (as personal trainers in our past-lives)!
We will remain an all-day eatery with your favorite breakfast, lunch, and dinner items. A stylish interior design facelift will honor our heritage as a diner, but in a more modern way. The renovated bar & lounge will continue to be a gathering place with even better craft cocktails, sommelier selected wines, loose-leaf teas, artisan coffees, and mocktails to choose from.
We invite you as our regulars to see Skylark as your second home, a place you can go to catch up with friends over coffee or meet new ones over craft beers during our fun trivia & theme nights.
There’s always a place at our table for you and we look forward to hosting you for many gatherings in the new & improved Skylark.
Keep an eye on our Instagram and Facebook for more updates! We’ll see you soon,
~Dan & Suzanne Caputo

Diners, Drive-ins and Dives
Skylark Diner was featured on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. Guy Fieri was impressed with the menu and enjoyed his visit. Unfortunately the episode along with many other older episodes have been removed from YouTube and Food Network. All we have are memories – but they are tasty memories.

Game Day On the Road

"Skylark Diner may call itself a diner, but its modern architecture and unique menu place it in a genre of its own. As Guy says on Triple D, "It's diner with bling." For the late-night crowd, make sure to sample the Orange Martini, rimmed with a space-age favorite: Tang. They've got burger lovers covered with a variety ranging from classic (with lettuce and tomato) to the beloved Short Rib Burger, packed with braised short ribs and porcini mushrooms. Still, if you're looking for some bold flavors on the day of the game, the Sky Blue Burger comes with a spicy chipotle mayo sauce, crumbled blue cheese and crispy onions for extra crunch."
